One of Constellium’s two Slovak plants serving the Central European automotive cluster. The plant processes profiles into body structure components, taking advantage of the proximity of car factories in Bratislava, Trnava and Žilina. The expansion of the automotive base in this region took place in parallel with the shift to electric drive, which increases demand for aluminium in the body structure. The group does not publish plant-level capacities.
A plant near Angers processes aluminium profiles into body components for French and European car makers. Production includes bending, cutting and welding profiles into finished assemblies. Constellium's French automotive structures division is historically linked to the former Pechiney group. Capacities are not published.

A Burgundy plant of the group operates in the automotive and industry structures vertical. It processes extruded products into components fitted in vehicle bodies and chassis. The plant is part of a network that the group is building around the growing share of aluminium in the construction of the electric car. Capacities are not published.

The smallest of the group’s European automotive structures plants – over 50 employees – producing crash management systems for vehicle manufacturers. Its location in Vigo links it with the Galician automotive cluster around the Stellantis plant. It buys 6xxx alloy profiles. The plant shows that production of crash components pays to carry out close to the assembly plant, despite the small scale.
A plant serving the Central and Eastern European market, employing around 130 people. It carries out forming, machining, welding and heat treatment of aluminium automotive components and has its own quality laboratory. It buys profiles from 6xxx alloys, not casting alloy. It is the group's easternmost automotive structures plant in Europe and a natural reference point when assessing why a similar installation does not exist in Poland.
